RAPID/HOS - Home Office System is an IBM eServer iSeries (AS/400) based solution providing an integrated environment with all the software needs of your central site.

Rapid/Transit - This is the e-mail based server that handles all traffic between the stores and the Home Office Systems.

Store Support - Processing of store data, balancing, auditing, reporting, analysis and distributing this information to merchandising, credit and accounting modules.

Merchandise Management - Inventory planning, Open to Buy, purchasing, receiving, replenishment, distribution, physical inventory, and analysis.

Credit and Collection - In-house credit, interface to CBR for new account authorization, customer service, auto add-on approval, billing and collections. 

Financials From PeopleSoft - General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Address Book as well as the Menu and Security Foundation.
Rapid/Focus - Unified credit card approvals.  Authorization requests are “focused” into the home office where one modem handles all store communications with the bank.  If it gets too busy, a second modem activates to speed up the process.
ChainView - This viewer allows you to display and reprint any store transaction receipt or report from any day in the past.  No more paper storage headaches!
