Rapid/POS is a Windows/Xp based Store System.  In addition to the following Point of Sale functions, we offer integrated credit, debit card & check processing, with digital signature capture via HHP's TT-8810.
 
Customer Information - every transaction has the capability to capture the name and address of the customer. The information is retained at the store and sent to the home office for future promotion.

Sales Intelligence - merchandise sales, returns, trade-ins, and break-outs can be entered on a single transaction.  Layaway pickups can be converted to in house charge accounts in a single transaction.

Layaway, Repair, Special Order - tracking from the initial request, payments, changes, and to final pickup or cancellation.

Merchandise Transfers, Receiving, & Shipping - entry of merchandise received and transferred out. Plus the addition feature of tracking returns, trade-ins, and break-outs to make sure that they are returned to the home office.

Time Tracking and Attendance - allow store personnel to clock in/out, and/or entry of additional hours like holiday, sick, vacation, etc.

Merchandise Inquiry - inquiry capability both on store entered activity and into the Rapid/HOS for merchandise information, images and stock locator.

Customer Inquiry - inquiry capability both on store entered activity and into the Rapid/HOS for customer information.  Also automatic authorization of in house credit purchases.

Sales Slip Archival - capability to display and re-print a customer's sales slip at the store or at the home office from any day in the past..

Electronic Register Close Reports - capability to display or print any of the Register Close Reports either at the store or home office.

Physical Inventory - complete physical inventory entry capability with options to integrate with bar code scanning equipment.
